屈肌腱损伤
Overview(概述）
Theflexortendonsofthehandareresponsibleforflexionofthefingersandthumbtowardthepalm.Theselongstructuresareconnectedtotheflexormusclesintheforearm.Aninjurytooneofthesetendonscancausepainandinabilitytoflexthefingerorthumbandgraspwiththehand.Commonflexortendoninjuriesincludelacerations,rupturesandinflammation.
手部屈肌腱负责拇指和其它各指向手掌屈曲。这些长条形的结构连接到前臂屈肌。某根肌腱损伤会引起疼痛和无法弯曲手指或拇指以及用手抓握。常见屈指肌腱损伤包括割伤、断裂和炎症。
Lacerations（割伤）
Cutsorpenetratingtraumatotheflexortendonsarefrequentlycausedbyaccidentsaroundthehomeorworkplace.Alacerationcanseveratendon,andcanalsoinjureotherstructuressuchasnervesandbloodvesselsthatrunparalleltothetendons.Commonly,alaceratedtendonretractswhensevered,pullingawayfromthelacerationsiteandslippingbackthroughthetendonpulleys.Repairingaretractedtendonrequireslocatingtheendsandthreadingthembackthroughthepulleysbeforetheycanbereattached.
屈肌腱的切割或穿透性损伤经常由家庭或工作场所的事故引起。切割伤可以切断肌腱，也可以损伤其他结构，如平行于肌腱的神经和血管。通常，切断的肌腱在断裂时会回缩，从切断部位拉出并通过腱纽滑回。修复缩回的肌腱需要找到断端，并将它们从腱纽穿回后再重新连接。
Ruptures（撕裂）
Rupturesofthetendonsareoftencausedbysportssuchasfootballorrugby,whichrequiretackling.A 肌腱断裂通常由足球或橄榄球等需要抢断球的运动引起。一种常见类型的断裂，称为泽西手指，是指尖处肌腱的断裂。
Inflammation（炎症）
Inflammationandspontaneousruptureoftheflexortendonscanbecausedbyinflammatoryconditionssuchasrheumatoidarthritis.
炎症和自发性屈肌腱断裂可由炎性疾病如类风湿性关节炎引起。
Symptoms（症状）
Themost 肌腱断裂或撕裂最常见的症状是疼痛和无法弯曲手指。可能会出现肿胀和瘀伤，但不太常见。肌腱炎症的症状包括疼痛、肿胀和活动范围受限。
Treatment（治疗）
Forflexortendonsthathavebeenstrained,treatmentcanincluderest,anti-inflammatorymedications,andoftenhandtherapy.Tendonsthathavebeencutorrupturedwillrequiresurgerytorestorefulluseoftheaffectedfinger.
对于屈肌腱拉伤，治疗包括休息、消炎止痛药，并常用手部康复治疗。肌腱切割伤或断裂需要手术来恢复患指的正常功能。
